1. Shipping Overview

At Gloss Pros, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. This shipping policy outlines our shipping procedures, processing times, and available shipping carriers.

2. Order Processing Time

We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Our standard processing time is 24 hours from the time your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Processing Schedule:

  • Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:00 PM PST will typically ship the same business day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends will be processed on the next business day
  • Orders placed during holidays may experience additional processing delays

Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Available Shipping Carriers

We offer multiple shipping carriers to give you flexibility and choice. During checkout, you can select your preferred shipping carrier and service level. The following carriers are available:

UPS

  • • UPS 2nd Day Air

USPS

  • • USPS Ground Advantage
  • • USPS Priority Mail

FedEx

  • • FedEx Ground
  • • FedEx 2Day

Shipping rates and delivery times vary by carrier and service level. All rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order weight.

4. Carrier Availability

Not all carriers and service levels are available for every address or order. Carrier availability is determined by several factors:

  • Delivery address: Some carriers may not deliver to certain locations (PO boxes, military addresses, remote areas, etc.)
  • Order weight: Heavier orders may be limited to certain carriers or service levels
  • Package dimensions: Oversized items may have limited carrier options
  • Multi-box shipments: Orders that require multiple boxes may have restricted carrier availability
  • Carrier service area: Some carriers may not service certain regions

During checkout, you will see only the carriers and service levels available for your specific order and delivery address. If your preferred carrier is not available, we will show you the best alternative options.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information:

  • Email notification: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package
  • Order status updates: You can also view your order status and tracking information by logging into your account and visiting your order history
  • Real-time tracking: Click the tracking link in your email or order details to see real-time updates from the carrier

Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours of shipment. If you don't receive tracking information within 48 hours of your order shipping, please contact us.

6. Shipping Update Emails

We keep you informed throughout the shipping process with automated email updates:

  • Order confirmation: Sent immediately after your order is placed
  • Shipping notification: Sent when your order ships, including tracking number and estimated delivery date
  • Delivery updates: Some carriers provide additional updates as your package moves through their system

Make sure the email address associated with your order is correct to receive all shipping updates. You can also opt-in to receive SMS notifications for shipping updates during checkout.

7. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by carrier and service level. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email. Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, except for express services
  • Transit times begin after your order ships (processing time is separate)
  • Weather, holidays, and other factors may cause delays beyond our control
  • International shipments may take longer and are subject to customs processing
8. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your shipping address
  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Selected carrier and service level

We offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Check our website or sign up for our newsletter to stay informed about current promotions.

9. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. For international orders:

  • Additional shipping costs and longer delivery times apply
  • Orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes charged by the destination country
  • The recipient is responsible for any customs fees or duties
  • Delivery times may vary significantly based on customs processing
10. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping:

  1. Contact us immediately at info@glossprosusa.com with your order number
  2. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf
  3. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including sending a replacement if necessary

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage, take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

11. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address:

  • Contact us immediately if your order hasn't shipped yet
  • Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible
  • Additional fees may apply for address changes after shipment
