Returns Policy

At Gloss Pros, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for most car care products purchased from our website.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Original packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Proof of purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)
- Time limit: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date
Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts may not be eligible for return. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our returns team: Email us at returns@glossprosusa.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Package your item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, if possible, and include all original accessories and documentation
- Ship your return: Send the package to the address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Important:
Please do not return items without first contacting our returns team. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or delayed in processing.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:
- Inspection period: We will inspect your returned item within 3-5 business days of receipt
- Refund processing: If your return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Refund amount: You will receive a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error)
- Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at returns@glossprosusa.com. We will guide you through the exchange process.
For exchanges, you may be required to return the original item before receiving the replacement. In some cases, we may be able to process the exchange simultaneously.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at returns@glossprosusa.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used or opened (unless defective)
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items returned after 30 days from purchase date
- Items purchased from third-party retailers
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). In cases where we are at fault, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.
