Pending Period
Points earned on a purchase enter a 30-day pending period before they become available for redemption. This hold begins on the date the order is placed and allows time for returns, exchanges, and payment settlement.
Refunds & Cancellations
If an order is fully or partially refunded, the corresponding pending points will be revoked automatically. Points that have already moved to your available balance may be deducted at Gloss Pros' discretion to reflect the adjusted order value. Points earned on non-refundable portions of an order will remain in your account.
Redemption Availability
The availability, timing, and methods of point redemption are determined solely by Gloss Pros and may change at any time without prior notice. Redemption options, including discounts, products, and other rewards, are offered at the discretion of Gloss Pros and are subject to availability.
Point Expiration
Points do not expire as long as your account remains active. Gloss Pros reserves the right to introduce expiration policies with reasonable advance notice to members.
Program Modifications
Gloss Pros reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Chromeo's Crew loyalty program, including earn rates, point values, and redemption tiers, at any time and for any reason. Changes will be communicated through the website or email. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Eligibility
Chromeo's Crew is available to registered Gloss Pros customers. Points are non-transferable and hold no cash value. Abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the program may result in forfeiture of points and account termination.
